HRD SPV - BATAM
- Male or female, not over than 31 years old
- Graduate from reputable university, majoring in psychology.
- At least 2-3 years of working experiences in the same position for SPV and 1-2 years in the same position for Staff.
- Have leadership skill, may work as team, and negotiation skill.
- Have clear vision and mission in HR and GA
- Domicile in Batam is priority.
- Mastering in employee regulation in Indonesia and Jamsostek.
- Able to communicate in English, minimum pasive.
- MS Office skill is a must.
