CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email
- Provide technical trainings and occasional regional on-site support
- Work closely with the technical team and Project Manager
- Develop, execute and maintain test cases and test data
- Record and verify defects or bugs when fixed by team
- Develop UAT scripts and assists Project Manager to conduct testing with Users
- Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Engineering
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to cooperate in a multicultural worldwide team
- Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese and English speaking associates
- Ability to write simple SQL queries and insert/update statements and a grasp on relational databases in MS SQL
